Lab Review, Diagnosis & Treatment Initiation (20–30 Minutes)
- Detailed Biomarker Review: A comprehensive, easy-to-understand explanation of your lab results with Dr. Crisan.
- Personalized Protocol Design: Creation of your custom clinical plan integrating nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and medication.
- Prescription Management: Selection and issuance of your initial medication protocol, customized to your metabolic and hormonal needs.
- Please Note: To keep your upfront costs low, diagnostic laboratory fees are not included in our office fee.
All initial labs are ordered through Rupa Health and paid directly to the testing vendor at our discounted practitioner-wholesale rate, which typically averages up to $200.

To keep pricing simple and transparent, we offer two flexible options. Foundation allows you to use your insurance for medication while receiving ongoing physician oversight. Optimize includes both your membership and medication in one predictable monthly payment—no insurance required.
